Floodplain Determination Request

This form can be used to request a floodplain determination on your property. This determination will show the approximate boundaries of the mapped floodplain on your parcel. From that information, permitting and construction requirements can be discussed.

Please fill out the form below to request a determination. Staff will review maps and provide a written response. Please allow three working days to receive a response.

Flood determinations are based on FEMA Flood Insurance Rate Maps. Determinations do not imply property will or will not be free from flooding. Property not in flood hazard areas may be subject to damage by floods greater than areas predicted on maps or from local drainage patterns.
